I love Maybelline products(you must be knowing it if read my blog) by heart and when recently they launched Maybelline Baby lips ‘Electro Pop’ lip balms I was filled joy & excitement. During the GOSF in December, I got chance to get my hands on it. I choose shade Pink Shock for me as I love the color + there were tons of positive reviews about the shade.

My Take on Product

Recently, I hauled few things from while GOSF was going on (Haul post here). As there was sale on one of my favorite makeup brand I purchased few stuff including the recent launch Maybelline baby Lip elctro pop Lip balm.

Color & texture-Pink shock is a hot pink hue with slight violet undertones, which looks more intense in the bullet and give light pink shade on application. It smells like as well, upon initial application. ‘Pink Shock’ is a  Visible & buildable color, although not opaque( but remember its a lip balm not a lipstick). Lips stayed pampered and moisturized for a really long time. It is as good as the older Maybelline Baby Lips lip balm plus one extra point to the attractive packaging an is quite different from earlier Baby Lips version  which is an additional benefit. The texture is non-sticky and feels light on lips. There are no shimmer in it but the shine it provides to the lips is very pretty and gives a plump effect lips
